Site upgraded to v3_6_3 which includes the following changes:

• Fix for MyDB queue not picking up jobs
• MyDB browser returns more functions.
• MyDB browser will return rudimentary info for CLR objects.
• Major SQL displays now have syntax highlighting.
• Removed dead links from groups page.
• Removed the beta-plot sub-app because it was bad.
• Added an "About" Help page
• Cleaned up SDSS-III logo
• Various cosmetic changes and spelling corrections.
• MyDB browser sorts by numeric value instead of string, where appropriate.
• Groups page only shows groups that you are a member of.
• Can have context-specific samples now.
• Support for keyboard shortcuts on 'Query' page. See FAQ.
• Support for partial queries. See FAQ.
• Auto indent added.
